ESUS
Our role is to determine the True Value of your business, develop and implement a Plan to drive that Value upward and, when it is time to exit, help you realize the full Value of your Business investment.

BUSINESS VALUATION

The first time many business owners seek a valuation of their businesses, unfortunately, is when they are ready to sell.  More often than not, they are shocked to learn their businesses are not worth nearly as much as they had thought (or had hoped).  Yet, for many owners, the value of their business comprises a significant portion of their retirement portfolio.

Don't leave the value of your business, and therefore your retirement, up to fate.  The time to seek a valuation of your business is now, while you still have time to grow the value of your business.   By understanding the true value of your business, as well as the factors that are driving -- or impairing -- that value, you are in a position to implement the necessary changes to increase the value of your business.

oUR APPROACH

Our unique approach to business valuations combines:

We utilize CPA's with accreditation in business valuations (ABV*) to develop independent and objective Limited Scope Reports that document and support the estimated fair market value of your business in accordance with IRS rules and regulations. That's because Limited Scope Reports – vs. a Full Scope or Comprehensive Report – is all that is required for the vast majority of privately held businesses. Why pay more than you have to?

An integral part of our Limited Scope Report is the Price Justification Analysis supporting our estimate of the fair market value of your business.  Professionally valued businesses typically sell at higher proces and are morelikely to close.

There are over 70 different factors that can influence the value of a privately held business.  We apply our knowledge of business infrastructure, as well as our knowledge of how Buyers assess business opportunities,  to identify what is currently driving the value of your business as well as what may be impairing that value.  This information is delivered in the form of a presentation detailing our findings culminating in the recommendation of what we call "value add" projects.  If properly implemented and leveraged, these "value add" projects will increase the value of your business.  And we deliver this information and the Limited Scope Report for less than what others charge for simply delivering a Limited Scope Report.

WHY LEAVE IT UP TO FATE?

As business owners, you always have a choice: You can envision and prepare for your Company's future, or you can leave it up to fate.  Give us a call to schedule a free, no obligation, consultation.
