The Principals of the business are:
Fred Theobald
Fred is a Partner with over 30 years of experience in helping companies improve sales, marketing, business development, strategic planning, general management and international operations, having personally worked in each of those areas. He is a founding member of The Esus Group and Esus Management Consulting.
Art Bradshaw, MBA
Art is a Partner with over 30 years of experience helping Business Owners improve the value of their businesses through better financial management practices, business process and systems re-engineering, and implementation of programs to increase value. A former Management Consulting Partner with a “Big 4” accounting firm, he left the corporate world to set up The Bradshaw Group, a Business Brokerage firm, prior to becoming a founding member of Esus Management Consulting.
